Thomas “Tom” Repella, 90 years of age, passed away Tuesday May 11, 2021. Tom was born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania on December 6, 1930, the son of the late John and Mary (Nemetz) Repella. Tom adored his wife, Carol to whom he was married for 62 years, prior to her passing on October 3, 2020, as well as his children Joy (Matthew McCutcheon) Repella of Chicago, Gay Repella of Aurora, and three beautiful grandchildren: Logan, Lindley, and Kayley McCutcheon. His priorities in life were loving his family and working to provide for their needs. Tom loved relaxing and enjoying his family. He was a hardworking man who took pride in the work that he did. He was honest, uncomplicated and a straight shooter. Tom was active in the community through Kiwanis, Aurora Historical Society, The Church in Aurora and community events his wife organized for the city. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge for 69 years. No calling hours or services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Volunteers of America at P.O. Box 914, Aurora, Ohio 44202.
