Patricia A. Berardinelli, 74 years of age, a life time Mantua resident, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023.  Born at Ravenna, Ohio on March 4, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Pete and Florence (Hartman) Foster.  Pat was a 1967 graduate of Crestwood High School, and a 1971 graduate of Kent State University.  She then attended Bohecker’s Business College where she graduated in 1987, and then taught courses at Bohecker’s for several years.  She also had been employed at Schneller Manufacturing Company, where she then retired from.  A very gifted lady, she took painting lessons from Frank Hubbard and enjoyed her gift of painting to create many oil paintings.  While in high school she played the trumpet, and also later learned how to play the guitar.  Pat loved books and learning and following retirement, she enrolled at Kent State University to take Graduate level  History classes.  A true lover of animals, she had a compassion for taking in stray cats. On December 28, 1974, she married her devoted husband, Daniel, who survives at home.  Additionally those who will mourn her passing are  close friends Carol Lee Wise and Pat Williams both of Ravenna, and Valerie Wenzel of Garrettsville.  Calling hours will be Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at The Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail, at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon, where her funeral service will then begin at noon.  Final resting place will follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Mantua Township.  Her video tribute, condolences and memories may be viewed at www.greenfamilyfuneralhome.com
