Elizabeth Anne Perkins, 20 years of age, became Our Gift to God on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Elizabeth was God’s Gift to Us on July 23, 2000, in Ravenna, Ohio, the daughter of Timothy E. and Amie (Jones) Perkins. A lifetime Windham resident, she had been a graduate of James A. Garfield High School in 2018. Elizabeth was an excellent athlete while participating in both softball and bowling. Elizabeth also enjoyed spending time painting pictures, and listening to her favorite music. Her family and friends were so important to her. She will be truly missed by all who loved her, just as Elizabeth loved them. Elizabeth loved animals, especially “Gus” her grandpa’s dog. Elizabeth is survived by her father Timothy (Dolores) Perkins, her mother Amie Jones, sister Sarah Perkins, brother Noah Jones, all of Windham; grandparents Robert and Barbara Smith of Southington; great-grandparents Betty Jones and Mary Perrine; step-siblings, Brent, Finn, and Alyssa, and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Larry Jones, grandparents Richard and Kristen Perkins, great-grand fathers Eugene “Chicken” Jones, and Lance Perrine, and uncle Alan Jones. Visitation will be Wednesday March 24, 2021 from 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255, and on Thursday March 25, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Her funeral service will then begin at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Robert Henderson of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Bainbridge officiating. Social Distancing and Facial Coverings Will Be Observed. Final resting place will follow at Harrington Cemetery, Nelson Twp., Ohio. For those unable to attend the funeral service, procession to the cemetery will form at the funeral home at 10: 45 A.M.
