Eleanor Kulas, 96 years of age of Mantua, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022.  Born on December 28, 1925, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Constantine and Maria (Paliwoda) Dedon.  Formerly of Parma, she had been a Mantua area resident the past 19 years.  A homemaker, Mrs. Kulas was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Streetsboro.  Survivors include her children Ralph (Darlene) Kulas of Tennessee, James (Barb) Kulas of Brunswick, Ohio, Carl J. Kulas, Jr., of Deerfield, Ohio and Susan (Mark) Penney of Ravenna; sister Celia Graber of Parma; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Carl J. Kulas, Sr. on December 25, 1993, her sister Irene Harvey, and granddaughter Sharon Kulas in 2021.  No calling hours.  A graveside funeral service will be Tuesday, July 19, 2022, 3:00 P.M. at Westlawn Cemetery, Rt. 82, Mantua Twp., Ohio, with Deacon Steven Gies officiating.  Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, where  condolences and memories may be viewed at www.greenfamilyfuneral.com
