Obituary

GARRETTSVILLE

Dusty Joe Lough, 72 years of age of Garrettsvile, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022.  Born in Weston, West Virginia, on July 27, 1950, he was the son of the late James D. and Frankie (Byrd) Lough.  A resident of the Garrettsville area since 1965, he had been employed at Norman Doll Lumber Company in Braceville, and was a former employee of the Village of Garrettsville maintenance department, and  also was an Amish taxi driver for the past several years.  Dusty had been a coach for his daughter’s softball teams in Garrettsville as they were growing up, and will always be remembered as a kind hearted man who would help anyone and everyone.  He is survived by his daughters Dusty Lough of Newton Falls, Angie (Ryan) McCoy of West Virginia, Frankie Scott of Warren, and Tonya Lough of Newton Falls. 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren also survive.  Dusty was preceded in death by his wife Dianne Lough in 2013, his sons Dusty and David Lough, and daughter Renee Fairbee.  No calling hours.A Celebration of Life at a later date will be announced. Cremation has been held. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, Mantua, where condolences and memories may be viewed at www.greenfamilyfuneralhome.com.
