Charles B. Pingley, 72 years of age, of Warren, former longtime Windham Twp. resident, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022 at his residence. Charles was born September 6, 1949 in Elkins, West Virginia, the son of the late Franklin R. and Blanche(Hymes) Pingley Sr. He grew up in Windham where he was a 1968 graduate of Windham High School.  He then attended Trumbull Business College which he graduated from.  He was a self employed- IT consultant.  Charles was a U.S. Army Veteran serving his country during the Vietnam Era, and was a member of the Windham American Legion.  Survivors include his son Tony Pham of Las Vegas and daughter Mai-Lynn Pingley-Williams of Seattle, and 6 grandchildren.  His brother Franklin R. Pingley Jr. died in 2012.  No calling hours.  A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday March 30, 2022 , 1:30 P.M. at Windham Township Cemetery, where full military honors will be observed by U.S. Army Honor Guard Team, assisted by members of Windham American Legion Post No. 674, and Mantua American Legion Post No.193.  Arrangements are by Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua where condolences and memories can be viewed at www.greenfamilyfuneralhome.com.
