Bonnie Sue Schoeneman, 65 years of age, passed away Monday November 19, 2018. Born in Bentleyville, Pennsylvania on September 29, 1953, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Callahan) Denny, Sr. Bonnie was a 1977 graduate of Ellsworth High School in Ellsworth, Pennsylvania, and had been a longtime Mantua area resident. Bonnie worked with children in many different ways during her lifetime. Babysitting in her home, a Nanny in private homes, Sunday School teacher, Children’s Church, VBS, Kid’s Krusades, and Daycare Centers. Coming from a big family was her inspiration, She enjoyed collecting recipes and cooking/baking. Reading was a hobby especially Amish fiction. She loved music and dancing, and also loved the Pittsburgh Steelers and making people laugh. She is survived by her caring ex-husband Ray Schoeneman of Twinsburg; her devoted sons Ray (Kim) Goosby of Stow and John (Angie) Schoeneman of Chardon; loving granddaughters Piper and Eliza Goosby; dear siblings Dick Denny, Shirley Carson, Nancy (Frank) Nick, Jackie (Michael) Peltz; dear sister-in-law Emily Denny, and many nieces and nephews who she loved so very much. Welcoming her in heaven are her brothers Bill and Bob, and sisters Peggy and Patti. Funeral services will be Friday November 23, 2018, 12:00 Noon at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St.Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255, with Mr. Walter Stewart officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home until service time. Final resting place will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Shalersvile Township, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the National MS Association, 375 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, N.J. 08034.
