Ruby E. Delzingo, 69 years of age, passed away Thursday November 17, 2011 at Heather Hill Nursing Home in Munson Township, Ohio. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 14, 1942, she was the daughter of James H. and Mary I. (Offord) Hawley. A longtime resident of Southington, she had been employed at Johnson Rubber as a line operator. Ruby served her country in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam Era. She was a member of The Church at Troy. Ruby enjoyed cooking shows, sports and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Ohio State University fan. Survivors include her son Micheal (Rachel) Delzingo of West Farmington, her daughter Devan Killian of Madison, her mother Mary Hawley of Madison and 10 grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her father James H. Hawley, brother Howard Hawley and 3 grandchildren Lyndsay, Ethan and Emma.No calling hours. Cremation has taken place, A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua.
