Orsa M. Boehnlein, 90 years of age, passed away Monday December 5, 2011 at Geauga Regional Medical Center,UHS, in Claridon Township. Born in Bainbridge Township on January 12, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Harlow and Katie (Spath) Hurd. A lifetime Geauga County resident, she had been employed as a cashier at Kenston Middle School for 16 years, retiring in 1985. A homemaker, Mrs. Boehnlein truly loved the times she spent with her grandchildren. On July 3, 1954, she married Edward G. Boehnlein, Jr. who survives at their home. Also surviving are her sons Thomas(Bonnie) Boehnlein of Euclid, Ohio and Edward G. (Lynne) Boehnlein , 3rd. of Shalersville and her grandchildren Victoria, Edward IV, Briana and Brittany.She was preceded in death by her sisters Corlie, Alice, Helen and Jessie. Calling hours will be Wednesday 2-4&6-8 P.M.  at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, State Route 44 at the corner of Pioneer Trail (S.of Rt. 422) Mantua, where her funeral service will be held Thursday December 8,2011 at 11:00 A.M.
