WINDHAM

Mary M. Kolaczek, 60 years of age, passed away Wednesday April 20, 2011 at her residence. Born on September 2, 1950 in Buffalo, New York, she was the daughter of the late Edward F. and Myrtle V. (Crolle) Zwirlein. Formerly of Buffalo, she had been a Windham area resident since 1979. Mary had been employed as a dental receptionist at Portage Dental in Ravenna for several years. Mary took great pride in her children and the special time that she spent with her loving grandchildren  will always be remembered. On October 10, 1970, she married Teddy J. Kolaczek who survives at their home. Also surviving is her son Jeff (Casey) Kolaczek of Windham and her daughter Chere (Tim) Fenselon of North Bloomfield, her brother Ed (Marge) Zwirlein of Buffalo, sisters Judy Draves of Buffalo and Marie (Marty) Gosciniak of Seattle, Washington and her loving grandchildren Andrew, Taylor, Danniel and Matthew. Calling hours will be Friday from 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua. Cremation will follow.
