GARRETTSVILLE


Logan A. Sanders, 19 years of age, passed away Sunday August 1, 2010 at  Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, Ohio. Logan was born on July 9, 1991 in Ravenna, Ohio the son of Ronald E. and Christine ( Lougen ) Sanders. A lifetime resident of the Garrettsville-Nelson area, he was a 2010 graduate of James A. Garfield High School where he enjoyed wrestling, cross-country and football. Logan was a typical teenager whose times spent with his many friends were always special. He was a member of Friendship Alliance Church in Auburn Township. Survivors include his father and step-mother Ronald and Susan Sanders of Garrettsville; his mother and step-father Christine and Mark Jones, Sr. of Ravenna; his siblings Ronnie Sanders, Ashley, Paige and  Dani Workman all of Garrettsville and Mark  C. Jones, Jr. of Ravenna; his grandparents Virgil and Lona Sanders of Garrettsville and   Daniel and Darlene  Lougen of Mantua, as well as many  loving aunts, uncles and other cherished family members. His cousin Mark Sanders, Jr. also passed away on August 1, 2010. Calling hours will be Thursday from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua, where his funeral services will be held Friday  August 6, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. with Michael Macschek and Dominic Cote officiating. Logan will be laid to rest at Harrington Cemetery in Nelson Township.
